Your name, office, ward and the campaign email address you published. We keep a copy of the public page where we found your campaign email, as a record of why we wrote to you. If you order, the photos, text and footer wording you send. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number.
A mockup is private and unpublished, set not to appear in search engines. It holds only your name, office, ward or area, municipality and election date, with placeholders for the rest.
To write to you about your campaign, build what you ordered and answer questions. We don't sell it. It goes only to Stripe, our hosting and email providers, and the AI tools that help build your page. They may handle it outside Canada, including in the United States.
Your information is kept in private accounts and folders that only Hustings Studio can access.
Project files are deleted 12 months after your last order, or sooner if you ask. If you never order, we delete your details and the saved page 12 months after we last wrote to you. If you ask us to stop writing, we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we don't write again.
Ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain, at [email protected]. We reply within one business day. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
